Title: Granary Bread

3tbMillet
1cBoiling water
3/4cWater
1tbMolasses or honey
1 1/2tsShortening
1 1/3cWhole wheat flour
2/3cBread flour
3tbRolled oats
2tbCornmeal
1tbToasted wheat germ or unprocesses whaet bran
2tsGluten flour
1/2tsSalt
1tsYeast

Place cracked wheat and millet ina small mixingf bowl. Ad dthe 1 cup boiling water. Let soak 5 minutes. Drain well. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.
